Victor Allen, Beresford's Hair Therapy Salon Director, possesses a

salon chain, Seligman and Latz Inc., responsible for salons in Saks
Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Lord and Taylor, and Harrods of London,
groomed him as media spokesperson, motivational trainer and supervisor
for fifteen salons.
Throughout his career Mr. Allen has represented Clairol, L'Oreal and
Helene Curtis with award winning platform work and educational
symposiums. His keen perception of trends and innovation balanced by a
recognition of the real hair needs of his clients landed him a
prestigious seat, one of only twelve in the world, on the Board of
Presidential Hair Color Council from Clairol USA where twice a year,
product, style and color trends are formulated for release at the
beginning of each season.
Victor also embraces a holistic approach to hair care. Along with
traditional salon techniques, he is an advocate for minimizing the use
of harmful chemicals in hair products. Under his supervision, the
Beresford Hair Therapy Salon provides organic hair colour, perms and
hair care products for pregnant mothers, those with compromised immune
systems as well as the health-conscious client. These vegetable based
perms and colors are non-toxic, do not contain synthetic colours, no
chemical preservatives, no artificial fragrance or mercury salts. They,
