BIOPHORA - Science Made Simple

Straightforward, easy to use and effective
medically supervised skin care is the hallmark of
the Biophora system. Biophora is formulated on
the principle that technically advanced doesn't
have to be a regimen of expensive and complex
steps to attain healthy, toned, and more youthful
looking skin.
The skin is the largest organ of the body. It
withstands tremendous exposure to elemental
factors: sun, wind, and extreme temperatures, as
well as the effects of internal and topical nutrient
and moisture deficiency. Biophora is designed to
correct as well as defend the skin from the impact
of these factors. This unique system aggressively
exfoliates while replacing essential nutrients.
Biophora works most effectively in conjunction with
a healthy lifestyle, which includes proper sleep,
nutrition, the intake of sufficient levels of high
quality water, exercise, supplementation, stress
management, avoidance of smoking and
moderation of alcohol.
The Biophora system has been created in
collaboration with cosmetic plastic surgeons, antiaging
specialists and naturopathic doctors to
produce a state-of-the-art product line and
protocols, designed to make skin science and
maintenance simple for the patient.
What Makes The Biophora System So
Effective?
Clinically advanced and natural ingredients that
challenge and promote cell renewal are specifically
formulated for Element Exposed/Normal, Acne/Oily,
Sensitive/Dry and Combination skin types. A
personalized consultation with our highly trained
Biophora technicians will determine the exact protocol
that will ensure the safe and effective results you
require.
The Biophora system consists of a two-part program:
- Homecare products;
- Clinical treatments in office performed by
a Biophora technician or a physician.
Daily use of the Biophora products will improve the
texture, evenness of skin tone, reduce the
appearance of fine lines as well as calm or arrest
most acne conditions. Clinical treatments or Biophora
Glycolic, Lactic, or Salicylic Peels performed in office
will greatly accelerate your results, as well as enhance
your daily skin treatment protocol.
The accumulation of dead skin cells on the most
topical layer of the skin contributes to a dull
appearance, uneven texture, bacteria formation, and
in turn, most acne conditions. Biophora Peels,
consisting of cosmeceutical and physical exfoliation,
will allow for a more vibrant, refined texture and
improved clarity of the skin. These procedures
activate cell renewal and prepare the skin to absorb
products which encourage the body's own collagen
production. These peels also prepare the skin to
receive Biophora’s active ingredients, nutrients and
anti-oxidants, essential in the nourishment and
healing of the skin.

The Biophora Glycolic Peel
The Biophora Glycolic Peel is a 20-30 minute
cosmeceutical and physical exfoliation of dead skin
cells that form on the surface layer of the skin. This
peel deeply cleans the skin and leaves it smooth in
texture. It is available in 15% to 30%
concentrations. It may be used on Element
Exposed/Normal or Acne/Oily skin. The Biophora
Glycolic Peel is non-invasive and requires no recovery
time. Biophora SPF must be used and makeup may
be applied following the peel.

The Biophora Lactic Peel
The Biophora Lactic Peel is a 20-30 minute
cosmeceutical and physical exfoliation of dead skin
cells that form on the surface layer of the skin. This
peel is specifically designed for Sensitive/Dry skin, but
it is effective for Element Exposed skin as well. The
Biophora Lactic Peel is non-invasive and requires no
recovery time. Biophora SPF must be used and
makeup may be applied following the peel.

The Biophora Salicylic Peel
The Biophora Salicylic Peel is a highly effective 20
minute peel and the most aggressive of the Biophora
Peels targeted to exfoliate the superficial layer of
dead skin cells. Available in 20% or 30% solutions, it
is excellent for Acne/Oily skin types but can be used
with very positive results on all skin categories. The
Biophora Salicylic Peel is non-invasive and requires no
recovery time. Biophora SPF must be used and
makeup may be applied following the peel.
