Nutrition and supplementation is only part of the picture when considering health. It isn't good enough just to be thin. Very slim people still have strokes, have high cholesterol and can feel generally unwell. Exercise helps muscle mass, as inside the muscle is a cell structure called a mitochondria. Mitochondria are responsible for burning fat and connecting it into energy. So not only does our energy level depend on this but so does our weight. People with more muscle will always burn fat at a faster rate, and have higher energy levels.

How much we weigh on a scale is not a good indicator of our health, nor our "true" weight. Traditionally, a scale called B.M.I. or Body Mass Index, has been used to calculate our weight risk category. This is a measurement of our weight Vs height. It does not tell us about fat vs muscle. A short person with little fat and high muscle would have a high BMI And thus appear in a high health risk category. A lean model with little to no muscle would rank low on this scale and look healthy. Really the opposite is true.

"You are what you eat" is TRUE! You can't put oil in a car and expect it to run - You can't put poor food choices (high fat, low nutrients) in your body and expect it to function well.
