The Health Risk Analysis is part of the longevity program, and enables us from the results to customize your program. It includes, The Body Composition Analysis, Fitness Analysis, Nutrition Analysis and Psychologist Evaluation.

We also include the assessment of your lifestyle risks, and from special blood tests that can measure your risk for developing disease. Other medical conditions associated with poor eating habits, lack of exercise, excess body fat, and family history of certain diseases, can increase your risk.

Nutrition and supplementation is only part of the picture when considering health. It isn't good enough just to be thin. Very slim people still have strokes, have high cholesterol and can feel generally unwell.

Exercise helps muscle mass, as inside the muscle is a cell structure called a mitochondria. Mitochondria are responsible for burning fat and connecting it into energy. So not only does our energy level depend on this but so does our weight. People with more muscle will always burn fat at a faster rate, and have higher energy levels.
  • Exercise helps the circulation which keeps our blood vessels Elastic and able to stretch upon demand

  • The circulation helps clear metabolic waste products, inflammatory waste products etc., and bring new oxygen nutrients to tissue

  • Exercise helps to lower insulin- thus lower weight, bloating, blood pressure and cholesterol

  • Exercises releases endorphins which raises libido raises body image

  • Higher serotonin (the happy hormone) lowers depression and anxiety

How much we weigh on a scale is not a good indicator of our health, nor our "true" weight. Traditionally, a scale called B.M.I. or Body Mass Index, has been used to calculate our weight risk category. This is a measurement of our weight Vs height. It does not tell us about fat vs muscle.

A short person with little fat and high muscle would have a high BMI And thus appear in a high health risk category. A lean model with little to no muscle would rank low on this scale and look healthy. Really the opposite is true.

"You are what you eat" is TRUE! You can't put oil in a car and expect it to run - You can't put poor food choices (high fat, low nutrients) in your body and expect it to function well.
  • Food can be used as medicine

  • The properties of specific foods can manipulate hormones, raise enzymes, increase metabolism, lower cholesterol - just as a medication can

  • Simple adjustments in the diet can teach your body to burn your fat as fuel and raise your energy

  • Foods can induce a sound sleep - others will lower hot flashes - Others will increase memory

  • Foods break down into basic units which drive every biochemical reaction in the body

  • Without these foods these reactions will slow or stop - creating a variety of disorders, symptoms and diseases
