TREATMENTS



Traditional Therapies

There are two different types of preparations of testosterone available in Canada:

  1. Injectable
    • Testosterone cypionate
      (Depo-Testosterone Cypionate)
    • Testosterone enanthate
      (Delatestryl)

    The injectable testosterone is usually given intramuscularly (a needle) every two weeks.

  2. Oral
    • Testosterone undecanoate
      (Andriol)

    The oral testosterone is taken daily.
