34% of Women Would Consider Cosmetic Surgery

Today women are generally not ashamed to admit that they care about Their appearance and that they have choices they can make about how They want to look. According to the American Society for Plastic Surgery 34% of women would consider having cosmetic surgery, either now or in the future.

Many women and men with early signs of aging, those little lines around The eyes and mouth and who may not want to proceed with surgery as yet, Would be well advised to discuss non-invasive procedures first. Those Would be the injectables, Botox, Perlane, Restylane, Artecoll, Collagen, And fat injections.

Many of these men and women, will go on to have a surgical procedure Which offers more extensive and longer-lasting results. On older people Some surgical techniques may need to be altered, since, as we age the skin's Elasticity diminishes, there may be an extreme amount of tissue to be Removed and tightened. Surgery is not without its risks, even with the best of care. You have to Understand that you are committing to a relationship and a process. One Patient in a hundred maybe in for some problem, such as an infection which May require shots. There may have been some result which the patient Didn't like and may require a revision. The patient may even need to be Hospitalized - although this is a rarity.

Serious medical problems due to cosmetic procedures occurs for about 1 in several thousand. And yes occasionally people even die, although this usually involves other problems.
