Sheila is the Patient Consultant for Dr. Frank Beninger and offers a wealth of experience to his patients.

After being in the spa and aesthetics industry for over ten years, she took time off in 1998 to pursue a degree at the University of Western Ontario, where she focused her studies on visual art and psychology. Seeking a position in an environment that afforded her the opportunity to directly apply her skills and training in the areas of health, customer service and management, she joined Beresford a year ago as our client coordinator. When the Patient Consultant's position became available, she was the ideal choice to complement our plastic surgery team.

Sheila is the first point of contact with you, as she will likely be the one to book your consultation with Dr. Beninger. Once Dr. Beninger has completed his medical assessment, Sheila will then give you all additional information you require to make an informed decision, including the costs, scheduling information, and an opportunity to go over the "before-and-after photographs" to familiarize you with Dr. Beninger's work.

Once you select a date for surgery, Sheila will go over the pre- and post-operative care with you. Remember, Sheila is there to help you make your surgery experience a positive one. Having been herself a patient of Dr. Beninger for Cosmetic Surgery, she can share with you her first-hand experiences and understands your needs to have every question answered before your special day.

Sheila also understands how following up with patients after surgery is extremely important to their recovery. So, she will keep in contact with you post-operatively to answer your questions and to follow your progress and ensure your continued care.
