Elise Cogo, B.Sc., N.D.
Licensed Naturopathic Doctor
Elise works alongside Dr. Chin, M.D. to form Beresford's integrated, team-approach to health care. Elise Cogo completed the four-year, full-time program of Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. She also holds an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Biology, Biology and Physics from the University of Toronto. She has made numerous appearances on the television show Diagnosis M.D. and has served as a member of the Board of Directors at the Parkdale Community Health Centre. She also has previous experience as a Craniosacral Therapist.
Naturopathic Medicine treats the causes of illness and stimulates the body's self-healing ability by using diet, nutritional supplements, herbal and homeopathic medicines and acupuncture.
