Ms. Claire M. Lanouette
Executive VP, Operations
is the Managing Partner at 199 Avenue Road and Executive Vice-President of the Corporation where she brings over 15 years broad-based management experience, including international experience in operations. Until recently, Ms. Lanouette led the operation of Beacon Eye Institute's Information Response Centre and managed a 23-staff call centre.
As part of Beresford's leadership team, she was instrumental in the development and implementation of operational, sales and marketing strategies. Her focus will continue to be in the development of the franchise product through the implementation of the administrative and operational structure for the Company.
